SSIT does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as biometrics, health information, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs, or financial passwords. If any such data is inadvertently shared with us, we will delete it promptly.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify any individual.

SSIT implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including:

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required under applicable Indian law.

10. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Rules, you have the following rights:

Our services are directed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child's personal data has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it immediately. 12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

SSIT is an India-based business and primarily stores and processes data within India. When using cloud infrastructure or email services, data may be processed on servers located outside India (e.g., in the case of providers like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). Any such transfer is conducted in compliance with the data localisation and transfer requirements of the DPDP Act, 2023 and only with providers who maintain adequate data protection standards.

Our website contains links to external websites such as vendor product pages (TallyPrime, BUSY, TSplus, Utho) and LinkedIn. SSIT is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before submitting any personal data to them.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify existing clients by email at least 15 days in advance. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once established under the DPDP Act, 2023.
